
MTN ICT & Business Skills Training Programme 2026 – Phase 8
The MTN ICT and Business Skills Training Programme – Phase 8 is designed to help young female entrepreneurs develop practical digital and business skills that can improve the growth and competitiveness of their businesses. The 2026 cohort will train 3,000 female microbusiness owners from Rivers, Abia, Ogun, Kwara, Kano and Gombe States. The five-week programme uses a blended format combining self-paced online learning, instructor-led sessions, entrepreneur masterclasses and a capstone project. Participants will also receive data support. The top 100 participants can receive equipment grants of up to ₦1,000,000 each, from a total ₦100 million grant fund.
